As usual, Jim Jones presents an excellent analysis! Let's hope we won't have to present it to a court because the Governor will have vetoed the bill. Everyone needs to call the Governor's office to urge a veto.
I greatly admire Jone's ability to articulate and point out where the legislature is going off the rails, but I'm also pretty sure the legislature (at least the majority) have shown themselves not only to be unschoolable, but willfully and obstinately set on remaining ignorant.
This article should be required reading for all pro-voucher/tax credit legislators. It’s an interesting, informative lesson about our State’s Constitution and the separation of church and state.
